Quebec wants to show leadership and contribute to the global effort against climate change, and accelerate its transition to a greener, prosperous and sustainable economy. Quebec society has set an ambitious target of a 20% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, below 1990 levels.

All of Quebec’s economic sectors are being called upon to identify possible actions to reduce GHG emissions in Quebec. Seven Sectoral Industrial Research Clusters (French acronym: RSRI) have been mandated for the deployment of the INNOV-R program. INNOV-R.

The INNOV-R RESEARCH PROGRAM, of which InnovÉÉ is one of the trustees, is made possible thanks to the Green Fund of the Ministère de l’Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques.
